Turn your customers into brand ambassadors

Let customers become brand ambassadors by promoting your products in Instagram Stories to their followers to increase trust and awareness of your brand and potentially create more sales.

If activated before adding a product to the shopping cart, the customer will receive an email after checkout with further instructions on how to post the Instagram story and receive the cashback via email.

After the products arrive, all the customer has to do is enter their Instagram name on the website they will be redirected to from the email and they will be redirected to Instagram to post the story. The system will then find and approve the story automatically if the customer mentioned your company's Instagram account and then send the specified cashback amount.

The cashback amount and the Instagram name of your company can be adjusted in the app settings.

Sending the cashback is technically done through refunds by adding an invisible product to the order that will be refunded. Because of this technique, real refunds are not affected in any way. If there is a refund, only the difference will be refunded, taking into account the cashback payment that has already been made.
