Improve your operational efficiency by automating the transfer of product, sales and inventory data to your WMS/3PL.

Purpose-built

WMS Connect is the only app to integrate Peoplevox or SEKO Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with your store and built in collaboration with the WMS providers themselves. Its quick and easy to install, configure and use.

High performance

Once installed and verified on your store, you’ll have your own dedicated, secure cloud-based infrastructure for integration. Surges in order volume and 'noisy neighbours' will not affect the performance of the app. There is no need to warn us when you are expecting larger volumes than normal - the app will automatically scale with your volumes.

Configurable

Drop down menus and settings within the app allow you to select which integrations you want to connect, and how you want the integration to work. It’s straightforward to map your carriers, refresh your product information along with other configurable options on each integration.

Product

  • New and updated products are transferred into your WMS, allowing users to see the details of the SKU they are picking or despatching.
  • A 'product snapshot' function is available to sync all of your products between your store and WMS.

Orders

  • Orders are synced real time to your WMS - ready to allocate for picking.
  • Attributes such as name, address and shipping service selection are mapped, to enable your WMS to integrate with a carrier management platform.
  • Configurable order delay to allow for edits and cancellations
  • Supports dynamic Gift Receipt mapping
  • Auto remove gift cards
  • Auto remove SKUs that don't need sending to your WMS e.g. digital products

Despatched Orders

  • When an order is despatched in the WMS, the carrier details and tracking number are sent back to your store to communicate with your customer.
  • The app supports partially despatched orders and orders despatched in multiple packages.
  • Supports ‘capture payment on checkout’ and ‘capture payment on fulfilment’ options.
  • Autofulfil gift cards when orders are despatched
  • Autofulfil SKUs that weren't sent to the WMS e.g. gift receipt
  • Auto refund items you were unable to fulfil

Inventory/Stock Sync

  • Stock kept up to date as inventory are added, restocked, and picked in the WMS.
  • The consistent data-syncing allows you to sell products immediately as you add them into stock and cut out overselling and underselling.

Returns

  • Returns processed in your WMS will be integrated to your store, triggering the appropriate refund and communication to the customer.
  • Refund to gift card first or tender first - Shopify defaults to refunding the gift card first when an order was paid for using a gift card and an alterative tender e.g. credit card
