How It Works
Easily add a button to your cart and product pages, and customize it to be completely branded with your store. Then, with the click of a button, your customers will be able to add an audio or video message to their order.
VideoGreet does not interrupt your checkout flow — customers upload their video or audio messages after they checkout. An email is automatically sent with a link to a recording page that has your logo and brand color.
From there, they can record and upload their video greeting or audio message from any device.
At the same time, a QR code is generated. You are alerted with an email that links to your VideoGreet orders to download and include the QR code with the order.
When the recipient receives their gift, they will quickly scan the QR code to watch their beautiful video greeting or audio message. Now that's a memorable experience!

You now have access to a branded portal page that allows you to print one QR code (or display one link) for all your VideoGreet orders.
Recipients scan your QR code to visit your portal page to enter their unique access code and view their greeting message.
You can find access codes in the Orders tab within your VideoGreet app. Access codes are also included in the order notification emails you receive from us.
The portal page is an alternative solution for merchants who prefer preprinting one QR code and sharing access codes with the orders.
