Let your customers receive automated Whatsapp messages when you restock your products and when they abandoned their purchase uncompleted. The sending number will be Vatshub's bot number.

How it works - restock alert

  1. When your customers see their favorite product or a variant is currently out of stock in your shop, They will see "WhatsApp me when available" button, clicking on it opens a beautiful form
  2. Your customer leaves his/her WhatsApp number in that form (subscription), they can also select for a specific variant.
  3. When you restock those products, your customers automatically receive WhatsApp messages. Anytime you can change the message template to be used.
  4. Anytime you can check out the report of such subscriptions to know what products/variants got back in stock alert requests.

How it works - abandoned checkout/cart alert

  1. Your customer started a purchase but left before making the payment.
  2. Vatshub will automatically send reminder notification in WhatsApp after 30 minutes if your customer provided their phone number.
  3. You can adjust this 30 minutes delay into some other value in the customize page.
