About Variable Price Barcode Parser
Price embedded barcode scans : Enable merchants to work with label printing scale App has 3 barcode types it accommodate for barcodes that express price under $100 or over
Speed up in-store checkout : Enable merchants to read barcodes from scale during checkout Scan either with device camera or with socket mobile wireless barcode scanner.
For "sell by weight" merchants : This app helps Butcher Shops, Grocery Stores, Fish Markets, and Specialty Stores use their Shopify POS.
Update 5/20/22 Introducing ability to keep track of inventory when selling items by weight. App will reflect only whole numbers of item inventory reduction and keep track of fractional numbers in its own database and when fractions add up to a whole inventory will be updated. - Refunding an item will return inventory back.
Update: 3/20/22 App now has ability to pay attention to Item Tax settings. If item has taxes then taxes will be triggered upon scanning variable price barcodes.
Description
Using this app merchants can utilize Shopify POS (For The Stores not online). This app enables merchants with Shopify POS to utilize Label Printing scale. The scale will print a barcode label with price embedded barcode (Item Number and Total price). Our app will enable merchants to scan the barcode and app will identify the item from products and properly price it based on total price.
How it works: Define items in Shopify products and setup the same item in your scale. The scale prints a label; the barcode contains item # and price. Shopify POS will understand that barcode, find the item number and add the cost.
