How does it work?

1. Your customer goes to your personalized Turny page and enters their order number and zip code.
2. Your client will be able to see the items that they initially ordered and choose which ones they want to return or exchange.
3. Depending on the options you have pre-established, your client must select the reasons for which they want to return or exchange a product.
4. Depending on the options that you have pre-established, your client will be able to choose whether they want a refund of his money, a credit in your store or exchange their product for another variant.
5. Depending on the options you have pre-established, your customer can download the shipping label for the return, or wait for you to approve the return so that the label is sent to them by email.

• Set the reasons for which an exchange or return request can be automatically approved or rejected.
