Trackstar is a monitoring and issue resolution tool for eCommerce brands. Get a single window into information across marketplaces (e.g. Shopify), advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook & Google), and eCommerce enablement tools (e.g. Klaviyo).

No Code Integrations

Trackstar connects to the tools in your eCommerce stack directly – meaning you don't have to setup a data warehouse, manage and code data pipelines, or wrangle SQL to analyze and alert on operational information.

Simply connect your tools to Trackstar in our UI, and we automatically collect, store, normalize, and surface the data you care about most. This includes inventory, order, checkout, discount code, and many other types of information directly from your Shopify Store(s).

Tags

Trackstar is powered by Tags. Tags are key:value pairs that we apply to all of the data coming into the product. This allows you to filter, group, and slice & dice your data in the ways you care about most. Example tags are sku:xyz, product_type:abc, campaign:123

Alerts

With alerts, you get notified the moment an issue arises in your operations.

  • Threshold alerts: Get notified when a metric breaches (above or below!) a threshold that you set. Useful when you know what an upper or lower bound for a metric should be.

  • Outlier detection: Intelligent alerting that automatically detects when a metric is behaving abnormally. Use an outlier alert when you’re not sure what threshold to set.

  • Broken links: Get notified when a link/URL isn’t returning normally. Use the broken link alert to immediately know if users can’t sucessfully access a page.

  • Event alerts: Receive an alert when a specific event occurs. For example get notified when a discount code expires, or when an ad campaign stops running.
