We encourage you to personalize your store and make it as unique as possible. Use actual photos, customize your listings and most importantly, connect to your specific niche market.

A few process reminders:

  • Orders are received only after payment clears. If your card on file is declined, the order will not be received.
  • All orders are processed in the order received. All coffee is roast to order and that takes a bit of time and coordination. Expect your orders to ship in 2-5 business days. Be sure to post a COVID 19 update on your site as USPS is taking an extra day for most deliveries.
  • A label must be on file for every order submitted. Be sure you are only offering product that you have a cleared label on file for.
  • Each labels design you submit can take up to 3 business days to be reviewed and approved for use.

We don’t staff a phone line for this program to help keep the prices low. Emails are answered as quickly as possible, almost always within 1 business day.
