SwissID is the name of the standardized digital identity for use across Switzerland. With SwissID, your account becomes your personal digital key. With the SwissID Shopify App, you can offer the SwissID login where customers can easily log in using their SwissID account. This plugin provides the possibility for a customer to log in with his/her SwissID account. Thus, customers can log in securely and easily. In addition, this module enables age verification through SwissID. With a single login, SwissID offers you simple and secure access to the online services offered by numerous companies, including Swiss Post. Forgotten passwords are a thing of the past.

The SwissID Shopify App

Thanks to the secure login with SwissID, customers can easily register and log in to your online shop. If necessary, online shops also benefit from identities that have already been checked, e.g. to ensure an age check. After you have installed the app, you can configure it using your SwissID partner details so the SwissID login and/or age verification can be enabled. The age verification can be enabled on specified products or complete collections. Simple installation simply stores the desired configuration in the app settings. Please note that a signed partner contract with SwissSign must be available in order to use the SwissID Shopify app.
