Return Management Automation : Merchants can easily create returns using Gorgias help desk and then search, store, and edit those returns in the Stateset RMAI App.
Automated Label Printing : A label will be created using the information provided through Gorgias and the return details in the Stateset RMAI App.
Return Search : Improved returns search with the ability to track all of your returns across your business.
The Stateset RMAI app uses state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation to quickly and accurately process returns and warranty replacements. It's intuitive design allows for expedited processing and more accurate record keeping for merchants.

You can connect your Gorgias Account and start approving RMAs and adding returns and warranties to your Stateset RMAI dashboard. Stateset RMAI learns from the knowledge base, allowing you to fully automate returns and warranties over time.
After linking your Gorgias account you are now ready to start automating your returns. Create a new Gorgias ticket with the subject "Return Approved" in order to have that return added to the Stateset RMAI page. Once the returns that you have created in Gorgias are added to the Stateset RMAI page you can search through and edit those returns within the app.
When an edit is made to the tracking number of a return, that change in tracking number will also appear in the Gorgias ticket for better tracking automation.
