Its infinite power is to understand the context of the customer inquiry, collect the relevant data across your Order, Inventory and Operations Apps and bake them into beautifully crafted Natural Language Processing messages, cutting down your time-to-answer from 10 to under 1 minute per message.

You can connect your Gorgias Account and start generating intelligent and dynamic responses directly from Gorgias or from within Shopify. This puts 90% time back in your day and with its Machine Learning power, Response AI learns from the knowledge base, allowing you to fully automate responses over time.

Admin Settings

Once you install the Stateset ReSponse AI app, click on the Admin Tab in the upper left corner. On the Admin Screen you can enter the following details:

1. Gorgias subdomain
2. Gorgias username
3. Gorgias API Key
4. File Id

Upload File

You can Upload a set of documents and the API generates an answer to the question based on the information in the set of documents. This is useful for question-answering applications on sources of truth, like company documentation or a knowledge base. The File Id will be linked to the knowledge base you upload.
