About Dianxiaobao

'Dianxiaobao' is developed as a 'Free Return to Local' service, which aims to solve the cross-border return inconvenience for mainland China merchants. Our services cover the free reverse logistics to designated warehouse, return status tracking, verification and disposal of return commodities. When customers initiate return requirement, they can post the returns back to the designated local warehouse by the free waybill provided by Dianxiaobao. Local warehouse will deal with returned commodities according to their conditions.

Why Use Dianxiaobao

Cross-border merchants are subject to the weak effectiveness of reverse logistics, high cost of self-built overseas warehouses, and some other factors that influence cross-border online shopping experience. Dianxiaobao provides warehousing and logistics services for 24 countries, including most European and American countries, Russia, Japan, Korea and other mainstream countries. Customers can easily return the commodities to the local warehouse. This application helps to reduce the disputes of after-sale, and to improve the shopping experience.

The Process of Our Service

1. Download and install Dianxiaobao application, then finish registration.

2. Our commissioner will conduct the preliminary ratemaking communication with merchants according to their historical return data.

3. Signing agreement offline to join this service, our commissioner will provide instruction of how to use this application.

4. When customers apply for returns, 'Dianxiaobao' provides free waybill to post to the designated local warehouse.

5. Warehouse will give corresponding processes due to different verification results.

6. Merchants can track the status of return logistics and processing.
