What Are Post-Checkout Donations?

Traditional donation apps interfere with the customer's checkout journey. In contrast, Shop & Support donations occur after your customers have made a purchase. No clicks or decisions on which charity to choose occur pre-checkout. Leaving your current conversion rate unaffected. Shop & Support is easy to set up and you can be live with your first donation incentive in minutes.

How it Works

  1. Install the Shop & Support post-checkout app.
  2. Set your donation incentive for each order (e.g. 10% of subtotal or $10 from each order).
  3. Select up to 3 charities you would like to support. Or request your favourite charities to be added to the app!
  4. Use your existing channels to promote your donation-driven marketing campaigns to customers and followers.
  5. Post-purchase all customers are free to use their donation incentive to support any of your chosen charities via the Shop & Support app.
  6. Donations are disbursed via the nonprofit Little Phil Giving Platform each month on your behalf.

Stay in Control

  • Straight from your Admin dashboard you can easily:
  • Set your donation incentive for each order (e.g. 10% of subtotal or $10 from each order).
  • Choose to cover the 6% fee on donations which helps keep the Little Phil platform running. Ensuring all impact goes to your desired causes.
  • Apply the incentive to all orders or only those above a certain amount (e.g. every order qualifies or only those over $50). [FEATURE COMING SOON]
  • Support any existing campaign on the Little Phil Giving Platform. [FEATURE COMING SOON]
