Once SavedBy Package Protection is installed on your store, customers will be given the option to protect their package in the case of the package being lost, stolen, or damaged.

If and when any issue does arise, customers are able to file a claim with ease using our claim form. When the claim is received on SavedBy's end, our lightning quick team will get to the root of the issue and resolve whatever is at hand, as fast as possible. Once a claim is processed, the customer will have the option to re-order the product(s), or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours (sounds nice, right?). This means that when shipping companies screw up, we'll take on the headache of dealing with an upset customer.... and did we mention that you, the merchant, will retain the revenue?
