LTL Quote/BOL Creation Saia seamlessly integrates with your Shopify store in order to automate your Saia shipping needs. This app will take the shopping cart information and provide the customer an accurate Saia LTL rate quote for shipping cost. Once the customer completes the order, the app will then use the product information and the rate quote, that was just retrieved from Saia, to create a bill of lading.

Rate Quote:

There are a series of settings that you can customize in order to display an accurate quote based on the information that you want customers to see. Since you will be able to enter your Saia account information, the customers will see your negotiated rates when they are checking out.

Rate quote features include:

• Activation when a customer starts the checkout process.
• Automatically retrieves negotiated Saia FTL Rate Quote.
• Add custom handling fees - per item OR for the entire order.
• Automatically detect if address is residential or commercial.
• Will not display rate if P.O. Box is detected
• Provide a lift gate option for the customer.

Bill of Lading:

Once a customer completes the purchase of the order, the will have chosen a rate quote. The information from this quote and from the products they have purchased are then used to create a bill of lading through Saia. You have the ability to send the created bill of lading to as many email addresses you want.

Bill of Lading features include:

• Activation when a customer completes a purchase.
• Automatically creates a bill of lading through Saia.
• Links with the chosen rate quote number.
• Uses rate quote information (residential delivery, lift gate, etc.)
• Specify emails that will receive the bill of lading.
