Once a protection plan has been purchased from your store—Safeware takes it from there. We will reach out to customers with additional details about their protection plan and handle all future claims and servicing/repair needs associated with that plan.

Safeware will then invoice you monthly for the base cost of plans sold and you keep the margin! As an example, if you sell $1,000 worth of protection plans in one month and set a 40% margin for a total of $1,400, Safeware would invoice you for $1,000 and you add $400 in profits.
