About Royal Mail Shipping Extension
Weight based shipping : The entire weight of the basket, the average size of your parcels and the destination is used to calculate prices in real time.
Royal Mail list prices : The prices in the application are matched to the services which Royal Mail provide and are maintained centrally so you do not need to worry.
Pick your services : You can chose a subset of services which you would like to offer from the range of provided by Royal Mail and rename them too.
The Royal Mail Shipping Extension app enables you to offer real time shipping prices to your customers during the checkout process.
When a customer goes to complete their purchase, they are offered different shipping services based on products weight and location. They choose the desired service, and the price is added to the total of the order. Simple!
The application: * Calculates prices based on the weight of your product, and the shipping address of the customer. * Provide real time prices to your customers. * Offer all of the services that Royal Mail offer, including Special Delivery, 1st and 2nd Class (Recorded), International Tracked, International Signed & more. * You can re-name the standard Royal Mail Services to any text you want. * Allow customers to choose their shipping option when purchasing from your store.
