With Reversso you are offering a returns and exchanges experience built within a personalized portal with your brand and policies. Reversso is integrated to the main couriers and payment solutions, allowing you to provide a fully-automated return, refund or exchange process.

How it works for your customer

  1. Customers access their personalized return portal by entering order number and email.
  2. Products will be showcased and those available for return or exchange will be indicated.
  3. Depending on the settings, your customer will be able to select the reason(s) and upload photos of the products they want to return.
  4. Depending on what you allow, the customer may request a refund or an exchange for any other product.
  5. Your customer will be able to choose a courier from the active options, as well as downloading a return label.
