How does it work?

Restaurant Alert + Deliver helps restaurant locations prepare food orders in real time and provides easy delivery via integration with Grab and MrSpeedy.

I. In-Store Merchant App (Android Only)

The Restaurant Alert + Deliver In-Store Merchant App is to be installed in devices per location. Each store location will then be able to:

• receive REAL-TIME ORDER ALERTS for orders specific to their location,
• review all ORDER & CUSTOMER INFORMATION before accepting the order,
• identify if order is for PICK UP or DELIVERY,
• use in-house couriers or BOOK A GRAB OR MRSPEEDY RIDER at the touch of a button
• access the ORDER LIST for their location, and
• monitor each ORDER STATUS.

II. Delivery Integration

Our In-Store Merchant App is integrated with GrabExpress and MrSpeedy, which allows your staff to book a rider to deliver each order immediately. No need for your own delivery riders! Each store location will also be able to:

• book either a rider from MRSPEEDY OR GRABEXPRESS within the In-Store Merchant App
• review RIDER INFORMATION and contact details
• CANCEL and/or RE-BOOK a rider per order
• UPDATE CUSTOMER once order has been picked up by rider

Order and customer data is shared with integrated 3rd party delivery services such as GrabExpress and MrSpeedy.
