Easy to configure

After installing the app with Google Chrome, you will need to: 1) Log into your Quickbooks Online account so that we link the Qwibo app to your Shopify store

2) Configure some basic settings so that we know how to process transactions * Process Expenses as: **Expense: Expenses are itemized in Quickbooks. You will need to process the difference when reconciling Quickbooks. You may also need to process a Journal Entry.

**Journal Entry: Expenses are processed as Journal Entries. You will still need to process the difference when reconciling the transaction in Quickbooks. You may also need to process a Journal Entry.

** None: This is the suggested setting, you will process the net difference when reconciling the payout in Quickbooks)

  • Payment Method: This is a list from your Quickbooks Online records. Recommended to select "Cash" or similar.

  • Payment Account: This should be the Account your Shopify Payouts are sent to

  • Refunds Account: This can be your general Sales account, or a different account. The account needs to exist in your Quickbooks Online account to be displayed here.

  • Adjustments Category: Select the account where any adjustments should be processed. The account needs to exist in your Quickbooks Online account in order for it to be displayed here.

  • Shopify Fees Category: Select the account where the Shopify Fees should be processed. The account needs to exist in your Quickbooks Online account in order for it to be displayed here. We suggest creating a new expense account in Quickbooks for Shopify Fees, and processing the fees to this account.
