Posterly lets your customers design their own custom products. This way, your customers can design their own map posters of their favorite city, choose the color scheme, and write their own text on the product.

Customers love to have a personal product at home "designed" by them.

Design elements

Posterly allows you to add or change existing designs. Your customers can then choose to customize these products. Here's some of the elements that can be customized:

• PNG and JPEG images (useful for uploading design assets)

Live preview of the final product

Posterly's product editor gives your customers a live preview of the final personalized product with their customizations in it, this increases the conversion rate on your store.

Download of full size print files

We also offer you the possibility to download high resolution images of the products your customer creates. This is useful if you have your own printing facility, or if you want to use a third party Print-on-Demand supplier.

Print files can be up to 6000 x 6000 pixels in size.

So no more need to manually export files from Indesign or Photoshop, Posterly takes care of rending the final product for you!

Only few returns and refunds

Because the posters are fully customized, customers are typically more aware that the product is a custom one-off product that can't be returned for a refund, as no other customer would be interested in buying their personalized poster.

As a store owner you don't have to accept a return if the customer request a refund, as long as your terms of service reflects this. The only exception would be that the product was defect, in which case you simply create a return case with us and we would either send a replacement or give you a refund.
