Inclusive existen o se usan muchos amuletos, como el trébol de tres hojas, que se cree ayudan a subir nuestras probabilidades de éxito.Algo dificil pero hay que aceptarlo, es que las personas de éxito tienen suerte y debido a esta suerte es que están donde están.

En un libro leí que la mejor forma de satisfacer a un cliente es crearles expectativas bajas. No estoy diciendo que uno no se debe esforzar en dar lo mejor, pero esta frase tiene mucha razón. A medida que demos más de lo esperado, sorprenderemos. De igual manera lo contrario, si damos menos de lo esperado, crearemos muchas decepciones. Aplicando esto a la vida personal, siempre he dicho que uno no debe aparentar mas de lo que realmente es. Con todo respeto, he visto mucha gente que tiene su BMW del año pero que en su casa no tiene para pagar la luz. Uno debe hacer lo contrario, uno debe aparentar menos de lo que realmente es.
