When does my store receive payments?

• The good thing about Pagaleve is that you, the merchant, receive payment on the next business day (D+1) after the order is approved and confirmed.

Why was my customer's order not approved?

• Although non-recurring, due to our advanced analysis algorithm, customer non-approval may occur. In this case, the most common reasons for your client's order not being approved by Pagaleve could be: from the holistic analysis of data from bureaus and public sources, some clients may not be approved; the customer still had past installments in arrears or had not paid the last installment required.

How does the transfer process from Pagaleve to the retailer work?

• The process is very simple. It always happens 1 business day after confirmation of purchase. Pagaleve transfers 100% of the cash value, minus the commission agreed in the contract. Pagaleve provides you, the retailer, with reports for detailed monitoring of all transactions.
