Premium delivery at an affordable price

We deliver across the capital to all London postcodes (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, WC, W). Install this app to be able to instantly see all of your eligible orders within Packfleet and book collections in one click. It means you can set us up alongside your nationwide courier (eg. Hermes, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.) with no faff.

Every parcel is delivered the next working day. If there are ever any problems, we notify you immediately and you can choose what we do with the parcel, from changing the delivery address to returning to you.

And we charge a fixed fee per parcel so you'll always know what you're paying!

Up to date all the time

Recipients receive an email or text on the morning of delivery, with a two hour delivery time slot, and a tracking link. Track parcels all the way from collection to delivery, so that you know exactly where they are at all times.

Hunting down missing parcels is never fun. We take a photo of every parcel we deliver, so that you can always be sure it’s safe and sound and we have a much better delivery record than the traditional couriers.

Quality you can count on

Packages handled with care, by employees who are a part of our business No more slow and unresponsive account managers. We reply within an hour to every message.

We pay all of our staff at least the Real Living Wage. Paying well means we can guarantee excellent service. Unlike most couriers, we are happy to take liquids and other fragile items, including alcohol and glass. For the very rare occasion where accidents happen, we include full compensation for items.
