A simple and automatic review solution for your shop! This app is designed to provide your users some feedback about previous purchase experiences in your store, keeping things as simple as possible.
Setup
- Install the app
- Add the app block where you desire on your website
The setup process is easy and fast, you don't need to configure it, it subscribes to the order completed webhook automatically and that's all it needs.
How does it work?
When a user completes an order, after some time has elapsed, we ask him to leave a review via email.
If the user decides to leave a review, it will be displayed in the app block.
API
We provide public api to display the reviews of your customers. All reviews of every store are publicly available.
Customisation
We provide some basic colour customisation in the app block. Further customisation can be done manually. You can get in touch to learn how use our api for a custom solution.
