Shipping Insurance app for Shopify Stores by Anansi
Description

Fed up with wasting time on delivery issues?

It’s now easier than ever to recover from shipping mishaps with automated claim triggering, fast reimbursements, coverage for loss, damage and delay (UK to UK), and more.

But best of all, we cover shipments sent with all the major couriers, yet they’re removed from the claims process entirely! Finally, no more filing claims or waiting for couriers’ approval.

Designed with the Shopify merchant at its heart, for UK-based business trading on the Shopify platform. The Anansi shipping insurance app provides a fast, flexible and fair way to protect your customer deliveries sent UK to UK and UK to International.

Why insure your orders with the Anansi shipping insurance app?

It’s the first fully automated app that automatically tracks your parcels from sales to claims handling, freeing up your time and reducing the stress associated with lost, damaged or delayed orders:

  • Automatic policy creation once a parcel is in transit
  • Automatic claim issuing once a loss or a delay has been detected in the data
  • Automatic payment of claims directly into your bank account

What is insured?

Delay of a parcel (UK to UK shipments only): if the parcel has not been delivered at least 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date, your business will automatically receive a shipping costs reimbursement up to the value of £20.

Loss of a parcel: if the parcel has not arrived at least 5 days after the scheduled delivery date, plus 5 days data confirmation audit period, you will automatically receive a reimbursement equivalent to the retail value (up to the limit of £25,000) plus shipping costs.

Damage of a parcel: up to full retail value (limit of £25,000), dependent on the extent of the damage, for parcels that are damaged in transit with the courier.

Ready to protect your orders?

Adding the Anansi app to your store is quick, easy and requires no coding! Click ‘Add App’, provide basic onboarding information, decide which order values you want to insure, and start insuring your packages today!
