A. Inventory Management

By integrating to your SAP stock sheets, SR’s can easily filter and reference what products are available in seconds. This can save hours of back and forth time with emails and spreadsheets.

B. Order Processing

Order processing is configurable to your business rules. SR’s can review orders and send them to Customer service. Orders can be automated to drop directly into SAP from MAO. This streamlines the speed and accuracy of getting orders in the system.

C. Shipping Confirmations

With SAP integration, MAO can update customers with automated emails when products are shipped and link to their tracking number. MAO has integrations to shipping software that can estimate shipping costs and charge credit cards at the time of placing the order if the customer does not have terms.

D. Merchandising

MyAtOnce b2b platform has tools that allow Sales Reps to put together targeted assortments of products to wholesale accounts. If an account only wants to see what you have available in blue sport coats from Michael Kors, an SR can put that together in minutes and send it to the customer as a shop-able b2b link or in the form of a wholesale order. This is also extremely helpful to major accounts to organise their open to buy. These assortments can also go out to groups of accounts when you are promoting a new specific program.

E. Reporting

MAO provides tools to analyse your sales activity in many different ways: We can give reps inventory visibility, booking and forecasting metrics and many other reports that can be customised to meet your business needs.
