Shopify does not provide sufficient address validation in the checkout by itself. However, this is precisely where customers often make mistakes when entering their data. The results are delayed deliveries, costly returns and dissatisfied customers. Addressify helps you solve this problem by verifying customers' addresses.

Avoid wrong addresses!

Any customer, who enters an invalid address will receive a warning after the order is placed on the order status page including a button, which leads them to the address validation page. For customers who have missed the warning, an email will be sent to them with the same information.

Faqs:

• Why is validation only done after checkout? Validation during checkout would only be available for Shopify Plus customers. To make our app accessible for general public, validation is done after checkout.
• Isn’t Google Autocomplete enough? Unfortunately Google Autocomplete only helps the customer to fill in the document but the result could still be an invalid address. Addressify complements Google Autocomplete.
• Does Addressify support my language? Addressify supports every selectable language on Shopify including the corresponding formats e.g. Arabic from right to left.
