Order Tracking for Make Influence

Make Influence is a platform where brands can find influencers to promote their products. Influencers are paid for every conversion they can generate.

This plugin will register a Make Influence conversion tracking code and therefore allow Influencers to get paid by their performance.

Influencers promote your website with unique tracking links, and this allows Make Influence to track any conversions an influencer can generate. Only one influencer is being credited for each conversion tracked.

All conversions are visible on the Make Influence platform, and allows you to reject conversions if an influencer shouldn't get paid for the specific conversion.

This app is an easy way to install our tracking code on the "thank you page", and Server Side tracking for any missed orders.

This tracking code will track orders on the "thank you" page and include the following data:

• Order ID
• Order value
• Promotion code
• Currency
• Cookie ID (_miid cookie)

Server side tracking is for all orders not being tracked on the "Thank you" page. It needs the following information before we can match conversions to specific influencers:

• Order ID
• Order value
• Promotion code
• Currency
• Order IP
• Order user agent
• Order http referer
• Cookie ID (_miid cookie)

The _miid cookie is installed via a javscript code that's included on all pages. It works by taking a _miid query param from the URL (coming from a tracking link), and storing it in a cookie.
