Lock functionality description

Items (products, collections, pages) can be locked in three ways; in other words through three lock types. First - based on users' logged in status, Second - based on a passcode set by merchant. Third - based on country

Lock Type 1 - Based on login status While locking an item, the following field are required to set a valid lock - - A date range

Lock Type 2 - Based on passcode

While locking an item, the following two fields are required to set a valid lock - - A passcode - And a date range

Lock Type 3 - Based on Country

While lacking an item, the follow two fields are required to be set - Disallowed countries (or Allowed countries; in which case visitors from all other countries will be ‘locked out’) - And a date range

Features

Items such as products, collections and pages can be conveniently locked with following features - 1. Pages, collections and products can be locked 2. While locking collections, convenient options are provided to lock included products also 3. Thus a product can be restricted by multiple valid locks simultaneously. This is because products can be locked directly and also locked as a part of collections.

Uninstallation

Prior to uninstalling the app, the merchant is advised to go to Uninstallation Settings. This is necessary for smooth functioning of the merchant's store after uninstallation.
