Absolutely. The only feature that is related to Shopify Plus accounts is the "Login as a Customer" functionality. The rest of the features can be used by all accounts.

2. Is it easy to install and setup?

Yes, actually is so easy that the app doesn't require any manual theme integration or to follow complex installation instructions. Just install the app and then visit the app settings section to modify according to your needs. The app loads only a script file dynamically at the account page.

Login as a Customer feature requires the Multipass key which is only available to Shopify Plus accounts.
