Customer segmentation

We easiest way to start segmenting your customers and personalizing your retention campaigns. It comes with eight default segments, which classify customers based on their past behavior in your store:

Available segments - All Customers - Purchased Before - Active Customers: those that have purchased recently - Lost Customers: those that you haven't seen in three months - Recent Customers - Loyal: those that purchased at least three times - Loyal inactive: those that purchased at least three times, but are no longer active - Never Purchased

Export segments

Upon creating your account, you will be able to use these segments to create email marketing and social media campaigns. Just click on a segment, and then on the "Export" button on the top-right-hand corner.

Segment analytics

Human comes with a variety of analytics features that will help you understand the shopping behavior of buyers at different stages of the customer journey.

With Human you will be able to answer questions such as:

  • How many customers convert after their first purchase?
  • What is the average lifetime-value of my customers?

Note about Permissions

Human needs access to your Shopify orders (`read_all_orders`), customers (`read_customers`) and products (`read_products`) in order to correctly classify customers according to their shopping behavior. We also need access to your inventory (`read_inventory`) in order to find your profit margin on products sold, should they be available.
