Hoppn is an early-stage company, integrating a limited set of brands to start. If you do not get approved at this time, you may be eligible to re-apply in the future.

How to get approved

Our team personally authenticates each brand listed on Hoppn through the following criteria:

1. Quality: Whether it’s production, material, or photography, we look for quality products that stand the test of time.

2. Reliability: We expect a consistent presence on the site, speedy customer service, and timely shipping.

3. Brand story: Our platform is designed for brands with a strong sense of identity to thrive. So a great brand story makes all the difference!

Fulfilling orders

Orders placed through Hoppn will show up under your Shopify dashboard, just as if an order was placed through your website. To ensure consistency, you must fulfill orders within three days, with the exception being pre-order items. At this time, our one-cart checkout only allows for shipping to cities within the United States and Canada.

What to sell on Hoppn

Items on Hoppn focus on new fashion. We accept accessories, home decor, and artwork, as long as they are not the store’s primary focus. The same applies to vintage or custom clothing; however, one-off items will not benefit from features such as item notifications. Sales commission

Hoppn is free to install and includes no listing fees or monthly subscriptions. We charge a 12% commission on the subtotal of orders placed, meaning you don’t pay us anything until you make a sale. Shopify automatically reserves this commission, payable to Hoppn at the end of the month. If you issue a refund through Shopify, we will reimburse our commission in the next billing cycle.
