With a network of pickup locations across Hong Kong and Macau at your fingertips, offer Hong Kong and Macau shoppers convenience and flexibility with pickup options and turn abandoned checkouts into sales! HK Pickup Options is integrated with S.F. Express so that the location list is updated automatically. Now, you can offer locations for pickup such as EF lockers, S.F. service centers, convenience stores, and more, all on your Shopify storefront.

Supports Chinese and English

HK Pickup Options supports both Chinese and English language interface on the storefront to help you localize the experience to Hong Kong and Macau shoppers. Depending on the language that your store supports, HK Pickup Options’ delivery options page can be shown in either Chinese or English. If your store uses Langify or Weglot translation apps, HK Pickup Options is able to work with these apps to support multi-language.

Display dynamic shipping rates

Offer shipping rates specific to pickup options within the app. Offer a seamless checkout flow to customers and show only relevant shipping rates to customers based on their chosen delivery option.

Choose to display pickup options to HK shoppers only, or to both HK and International shoppers

To facilitate merchants who are selling to both Hong Kong and abroad, HK Pickup Options can be configured to only be shown to shoppers located in Hong Kong. With geolocation limit turned on, international shoppers will be directed to the normal Shopify checkout flow, while Hong Kong shoppers will see the delivery options page and can choose their preferred pickup location.
