How it works
Once a brand has signed up through our partnership team, they are sent fitkits(Hemster branded ruler Stickers) and a link to download our Shopify app. With this app installed a customer can add the following:
- Product Detail Page Widget allowing customers to easily add the fit kit to their cart
- A Fit kit product with applicable info on how the customer journey works
- A Thank You Page Widget prompting customers to set up their fittings (placement ensures the transaction with your brand is complete)
- An optional Cart Modal Widget allowing customers a second chance to add the fit kit when applicable garments are in cart and no fit kit is present.
- An optional Thank you page modal prompting them to try Hemster if no fit kit is purchased.
Once a customer adds the fit kit to the order, your team will send the Hemster Fitkit along with it (these are free) and the customer can book a fitting on our website for a time after the garment has arrived.
