If you are getting queries from your customer like, what's the status of the order. You can easily find that information directly from the place where you are writing back to your customer. Just click on the Shopify logo on the right side. Helpwise will then search for a customer associated with that email address in Shopify. It will fetch the information of the customer such as billing address, phone number, and recent orders. You can track each recent order and its status. You can see how many items are there in the order, what is the total cost, etc.

Now using this one-click feature from Helpwise, you don't have to search the customer information manually from Shopify to reply back to your customer's emails. This will save your time and answer more customers in a short span.
