Overview

EZ Inventory is a simple inventory management app that allows you to automatically sync your Shopify inventory quantity from CSV, Excel, or XML files and can also send you automated email notifications when an item is low in stock.

The app supports multiple data feeds and scheduling, FTP and SFTP support, website URL support (such as a Dropbox, Google Drive, or Amazon S3 shared link) and manual file uploads.

Our app is very easy to use and configure. You can get started in just a few minutes. You just need to map 2 fields (the product variant identifier such as the SKU/Barcode and inventory quantity field) and start syncing your inventory right away!

• CSV EXPORT. Export your product/inventory data to CSV directly from the app for a quick review or to make quick inventory quantity changes that can be re-uploaded back for a bulk update.

FAQ

How do you count the variants?

The variant limit is based on the total number of variants in your Shopify store, and not the number of items in the data feed. Please note that we count all variants including those that are unpublished or archived.

Can I add new products or update other fields?

Unfortunately, no, the app can only update inventory levels in one or more locations.
