The Pakilkovna (Packeta) app allows your customers to choose from more than 6,300 pick-up points across the European Union. CSV exports and API integration will make syncing orders and creating packages very easy.

With the use of the advanced plan, you will have several automations such as package tracking numbers in order details, cash on delivery check, and so on.

How does it work?

1. Create a shipping method in Shopify.
2. Enter your API key and API password.
3. Choose which shipping methods are pick-up points and which are home delivery.
4. Start exporting your orders to Zasilkovna (Packeta).

The customer will be able to select a drop-off location on the map after completing the order. If he closes the window before selecting the dispensing point, you will know this by the label next to the order so that you can contact him.

If your customer forgets to choose a pick-up point, we'll send them an automated email to do so as soon as possible.

CSV exports

In both tariffs, you can also download orders from Shopify as a CSV file, which you can then paste into the Zasilkovna admin at once.

Printing shipping labels

You can print out and stick shipping labels to packages right from Shopify. You can print shipping labels for your shipments either in the "orders" section or right after export. In our integration, you can also choose the offset and format, which means from which position you will print and on which paper size.

Automatic export

You can export orders from Shopify directly to Zasilkovna with one click. Our app then links the order's tracking number to Shopify and monitors its status directly in your admin. The data from Zasilkovna is automatically written to Shopify.

CSV exports

Manual export via CSV is also available in the advanced plan. It can come in handy if you want to add the same order multiple times or want to manually edit shipment information before importing it into Shipping.

Automatic marking of paid COD

The application also tracks the status of COD orders. When your customer receives the package, it automatically changes the status in Shopify to paid.
