SMS, IVR Verification and C2C App helps verify customers’ number resulting in confirmation/cancellation of cash on delivery (COD) or all orders . This is achieved via automated IVR calls or SMS based verification through Exotel’s Cloud Telephony Platform. This will automate order verification without manual intervention and thus save time and effort.

This App provides the following features:

OTP based verification:

Verify orders by sending & validating OTP sent on the customer's phone number after an order is placed.

IVR based verification:

Trigger IVR calls asking for an input to confirm, cancel or request a callback, once an order is placed and auto retries can be scheduled.

Fallbacks:

The fallback SMS will be initiated if IVR call retries are exhausted or the customer number is a DND number. There are two types of fallback settings, SMS with Link & SMS with Missed Call. SMS with Link: Using the webform link the customer can Confirm, Cancel or Request a callback for an order. SMS with Missed Call: Customer can give a missed call to confirm the order(s).

Reporting and Logs:

The App provides various reports, Call Report, SMS Report, Missed Call Report and Order status Report.
