About Exchange Wizard
Exchange, refund, issue credit : Exchange / edit orders, collect additonal payment, and refund or issue store credit to your customers for online or POS orders.
Search or scan orders : Use a barcode scanner or your device camera to search for orders and to add products to your exchange.
Issue store credit : Issue store credit as a discount code that can be used online, on Shopify POS, or within the Exchange Wizard app for future exchanges.
The Exchange Wizard app helps merchants exchange, refund, issue store credit, or collect additional payment for online / Shopify POS orders.
Note: The app is free for a limited time. We plan on charging $5 per location in the future when our cloud hosting and support costs increase.

Exchange Wizard supports processing of customer payments/refunds via Shopify. All other external payment methods must be keyed-in and captured/refunded manually.
