Merchant's app settings

URL Setting Page

1. Our merchant able to contact our support team and get the back-end api url and fill in "e-Loyalty URL" input in this page.
2. Merchant can fill in their shop url in "Shopify URL" input.
3. Merchant can click the "Start Sync New Member" button in this page to activate the webhook to response on the member data once they sign up.

Redeem Reward Rule Page

1. Merchant can add the reward rule by clicking the "Add Redeem Reward Rule" button.
2. A popup will show up, merchant can fill in below input:

• Display Name - To display the reward name in the embeded app
• Points - To specify how many points need to use for redeem this reward
• Discount Type - To specify the reward is based on percentage or fixed amount
• Discount Value - To specify the reward value, corresponding to selection of "Discount Type"
• Expiration Days - To specify how many validation days after customer redeem this reward, leave this input to empty if no limit needed eg. Expiration days set to 3 days, when customer redeem this reward on 22/06/2022 then this voucher generate will be valid from 22/06/2022-25/06/2022.
• Status - Active/ Inactive for this reward, this reward will not be show in the embeded app if this is set to inactive.

Earn Point Rule Page

1. Earn point rules is predefined at the first place.
2. Merchant can activate or disactivate the rule by set the status to Active/ Inactive.
3. Below are the provided earn point rules:

• Place order - To set how many points customers get when they place order, this is available to set in our own system from our merchant.
• Sign Up - To set how many points customers get once they sign up. Able to earn once per customer.
• Follow on Facebook - To set how many points customers get once they follow the facebook by providing the facebook account name. Earn once per customer.
• Share on Facebook - To set how many points customers get once they share the facebook post by providing the facebook post url. Earn once per customer.
• Follow on Instagram - To set how many points customers get once they follow the instagram by providing the instagram account name. Earn once per customer.
• Follow on Twitter - To set how many points customers get once they follow the twitter by providing the twitter account name. Earn once per customer.
• Share on Twitter - To set how many points customers get once they share the twitter by providing the twitter post url. Earn once per customer.

Embeded app functionality

1. Accumulate points when customer sign up, place order or follow merchant's social media.
2. Use points to redeem online voucher and also store use voucher (merchant can do setting from our own system).
3. Check on their points history.
4. Get the member tiers details.
