What is Returnify?

• Returnify return and exchange management app for customers and merchants. Customers can apply for return order items as well as can replace them with other store items. Merchants have the option to approve or reject a return or exchange request.
• Your customers may want to change a product they purchased. For example, you can request a size larger or a different color. With this application, your customer can manage this request through your website.
• In short, your customers can request cancellation, return or exchange for the products they purchased through your website.

How it works?

When you receive a cancel, return or an exchange request from the customer, simply open the customer's original order within Shopify, and click "Exchange with Exchange It". Then you can quickly and easily create a new order!

You'll be given the option to select the product(s) to return (and restock, if desired). Exchange It automatically populates the original shipping and email addresses, which can be edited if you need to send the new item to someone else. From there, simply select the new product(s) from the picker and "place exchange order”. This opens a new order which is tagged as an exchange, while also adding a note to the original order which indicates that it has been exchanged for a new order.

How do customers use it?

• They can enter the return exchange management page after logging in to your site or using their order number and e-mail address.
• They choose the orders that they will cancel, return or exchange.
• They choose the action they want to take (cancellation, return or exchange)
• If they want, they choose the reason for the exchange or return.
• If they want, they can enter an exchange or return note.
• In case of return, they choose the number of returns
• In case of change, they choose another variant of the product
• When they submit the request, the app gives them a number.
• With this application, your customers can request cancellation, return and change.
