Cancel “problem” orders automatically after a certain period of time, in this way you can, for example, offer payments with a bank deposit and have a maximum payment term, after this time, if the order has not yet been paid Easy Canceller will cancel these orders automatically releasing the corresponding stock and optionally sending the cancellation notification to the customer.
You can also activate these rules “manually” through a specific tag, thus, all orders with this tag will be canceled after the date you indicate if they have not yet been paid, for example.
