DTDC provides a seamless fulfillment service to its customers and DTDC EConnect aims to make the fulfillment process all the more easier and efficient for DTDC Customers with Shopify Stores.

This plugin allows our existing customers to directly sync their Shopify Orders for the fulfillment, manage them with printing labels/cancellations, and by providing tracking for the same. These are available through the following actions on Orders/Order Details pages of the admin panel:

  1. Order Sync Sync Shopify order data with DTDC in order to create booking & generate AWB Numbers.
  2. Manage Order Allows Printing labels and cancel bookings corresponding to your Shopify orders
  3. Add Tracking Adds tracking links of our bookings to respective Shopify orders enabling you and your customers track fulfillments.
