About the DreamRobot-WaWi-Connector
With the DreamRobot-WaWi-Connector, you can easily connect your Shopify store to the cloud-based DreamRobot inventory management system and easily process your orders. This way, you always have everything in view, for example, your stock levels, incoming payments, and shipping status. Invoices are automatically created for all your orders, which you can then easily and automatically send to your customers by mail. And best of all: You can also connect your other sales platforms to DreamRobot and process all sales clearly and in a time-saving manner.
Functions
The app DreamRobot-WaWi-Connector allows the following functions in the software after setup:
- Transfer of orders from your Shopify store to DreamRobot incl. transfer of buyer addresses, item positions, shipping costs and coupons.
- Export of your store data to list items. Includes: inventory locations, product item numbers, categories.
- List and update items in your Shopify store.
- Importing items from your Shopify store.
- Matching inventory data, such as product prices and stock levels.
- Automatic cross-portal quantity matching (PüMa) prevents overbuying by updating current inventory levels on sales platforms.
- Automatic setting of the shipping status.
The DreamRobot-WaWi Connector transmits product data and order data including the following PII data in a DSGVO compliant manner for the purpose of order processing from Shopify to DreamRobot:
