Draftmate allows you to easily create a resend schedule for draft orders that have been sent to customers but have not been completed yet. You can configure a series of steps to take after the initial draft order is sent such as waiting for an x number of hours before resending the draft order with a discount to entice the customer to complete the draft order.
Draftmate currently supports the following actions:
- Wait - wait an x number of hours before proceeding to the next step
- Apply Discount - apply either a fixed or percentage based discount to the draft order
- Send - resend the draft order. This also allows you to change the "from email", "subject", and/or supply your own custom message
- Delete - delete the draft order from Draftmate and your store.
- Webhook - call out to a third party webhook
