Shopify App : DispatchEx DMS Plugin

This app is designed for merchants working with Carrier companies to deliver orders. And those Carrier companies are using DispatchEx-provided Delivery management solutions. This helps the merchants to place an order directly from the Shopify store instead of preparing manual airway bills and uploading them in the DispatchEx provided portal. With DispatchEx DMS plugin you can easily manage your orders inside

DispatchEx DMS Plugin Features:

1. Create an Order on Carrier
2. Print Shipping label
3. Get carrier Tracking Status
4. Download CSV with Tracking Status

To Use this plugin you need a key, That key is provided by Carrier Only. Contact Carrier Operations(Shipping company) to get the key.

Steps to Use

1. Click on Add Carrier and enter the provided key
2. In the Order Page you will see the list of Orders, select the orders, and more actions, and choose "Create Order on Carrier". Orders will be created on Carrier System, and zip files will be downloaded with airway bills.

After airwaybills creation, the Carrier Tracking status will be updated automatically whenever there is an update on Tracking in Carrier System. you can force-check the current Status by choosing Refresh Carrier Status action.

If you have missed the zip download for the airway bills, you can print airway bills again using the Print Shipping Labels action.
