Which market do you support for Daraz?

We support the following countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar.

How does the sync work between Shopify and Daraz?

Shopify will be the main source of product information and inventory. This means updating product (ie: price, image, inventory, etc) on Shopify will update the product on Daraz. Orders from Daraz will also reduce the inventory on Shopify, so that the inventory level is updated.

Can I select which attributes that I want to sync to Daraz?

Yes absolutely, you can choose which attributes that you want to keep in-sync ie: price, title, description, image, product status.

Do I have to import orders from Daraz into Shopify?

No, this is optional. You can enable or disable the feature in the Settings. In both cases, your inventory on Shopify will be updated when there is incoming order from Daraz.
