Reconcile your sales numbers

Shopify integration is a web-based service where you can integrate your Shopify account with Cratoflow so that all your daily sales transactions are synced automatically.

Integration will allow you to automate the process of booking your shop sales in to accounting system seamlessly. It will also give you power to connect to third party services for which it's required to have an API connection with Shopify.

To establish connection with Shopify, start by going to integrations page and select "Shopify".

Configuring Sales JE Template

Cratoflow app is designed to be integrated with your Shopify store in order to automate the accounting process.

Following steps are required to setup Cratoflow App with your Shopify store:

1) Firstly, please install Cratoflow app with your Shopify store

2) Please make sure your account is synced successfully

3) Using your Shopify line items, configure the Sales JE Template in Cratoflow app.

4) As a final step, you will required to determine automated journal entry posting rules.

All above actions are required to be done as a "One-Time" setup.

Posting Daily Sales Journal Entries

• Once the template is setup successfully, you can see the Daily Sales Transactions from Shopify are created as Journal Entries for your review.

• If everything looks appropriate, based on your posting rules, the Journal Entry will get posted automatically.

• In case, you need to review before posting, you can set it up accordingly and will get posted upon your review.
