How It Works:

When your customer buys a product, they’ll optionally click a checkbox to add a free Clipjoy video gift message to their purchase.

After they purchase your product, that customer gets an email from us with a link to record their video using our Recording Studio on any device.

At the same time, a QR code with a lookup link will be automatically generated and printed in the package slip associated with their order via your fulfillment app of choice (e.g. Shopify Print App, Shipstation).

When the customer receives their purchased product in the mail, this QR code and lookup link will be accessible via the packing slip which they can scan with their phone or open on their computer to watch the video recorded.
